Yes, a £450 security deposit will be automatically taken from your account 24 hours before your collection date &will be returned after the van has received an inspection on dropped back. The refund process of the security deposit typically takes five to seven working days depending on your banks gateway. We will use your security deposit to take out any fines and fees incurred from your trip.

Yep! if you hire a van from us you will be fully insured.

Our Insurance covers drivers aged between 25 -75 or 25 – 70 if a non UK driving licence is held.

Each Driver must provide the following documents: Photo Card Drivers Licence Passport if driver has a non UK licence Two forms of proof of Address issued within the last 90 days: 2 X Utility bills or statements (see list in FAQs) DVLA check code issued within the past 21 days More information can be found here, www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

Yes, but we will require your keys in case we need to move it.

Nope, all of our campers have a battery to power electronics and plug sockets but they are also equipped with a mains hook up for if you need some extra juice

We try to do everything prior to the collection date. Providing you have followed the booking process correctly, the handover should take seconds.

No.

We only allow pets in our red and white van. All others must remain pet free. A £150 cleaning fee will be issued if pet hair or remnants of pets are found in the vans. Please understand that this is a nightmare for customers with allergies.

No, you will have to bring your own.

This is dictated by the number of seatbelts in the camper you decide to use. Our vans have between 3 and 5 seatbelts so you can travel with 3 to 5 people.

We provide the most comprehensive RAC cover. We keep our vans in top condition and try to do everything we can to ensure that your trip goes as smoothly as possible However, breakdowns can happen.

We have to check your licence in order to validate the insurance.
